I love hosting play dates. In fact, I pretty much love hosting anything {this would include a few minor exceptions such as Cat-Lovers Anonymous and Weight Watchers}. One of the challenges of a host is to continue to wow her guests over and over again with new and delicious original recipes {riiiiiiight}. Well, I don’t know how new or original this recipe is, but it is definitely a wow-er! 
And it couldn’t be any easier. For ingredients, you simply need the following:
Betty Crocker Lemon Poppy Seed Muffin & Quick Bread Mix
Eggs
Vegetable oil
Blueberries

It really is just that simple: assemble, combine, bake and enjoy! The bread mix even comes with this delicious pre-made glaze to drizzle on top! You can’t get any easier than that! And it is deeeeeelicious. Just look at this beautiful thing. Yum.
