The Diet

Allow me to elaborate… this is in no way, shape or form, a diet! I’ve used this term rather loosely (ok, inaccurately), giving a shout-out to the original form of the word: one’s intake of food. Although I have tried all the recipes listed, I am in no way advocating them to be the sole concentration of food consumption! They’re just my favorites, whether for health or for fun, that have made it to our kitchen table. Bon Appétit!
